Eleven years after Tiger Woods death ...

He'll be No. 1 for a long time!!
He'll be No. 1 for a long time!!

He may never, ever fall out of the Top 10!!!!

Eleven years after Tiger Woods’ death he will finally given up the No. 1 ranking in the world. That’s what the headline will read in the paper somewhere in the future. I am pretty certain that’s what it will read. Woods has not played in many tourneys in the past year and has not won in that long. Yet, he still holds the No. 1 ranking in the world. What do you think it will take to get him out of the top spot? I say death won’t even do it too quickly!!

I am pretty good at math. As a matter of fact, I am really good at math. I can figure out a lot of stuff. The way the PGA ranks the golfers is not that hard to figure out. I can mimic their system pretty well. How do I do it? I will let you in on my method but I won’t show you how I come up with my numbers. I use high calculus, differential equations, linear regression, the Lorentz Transformation, direct observations and some darn good guesses.

According to my calculations, and some of this is a little bit assumed, but for information purposes bear with me, Tiger Woods will relinquish his No. 1 ranking in golf eleven years after his death. That’s how long he will stay top ranked. He will play in the regular events until he is 50. Then he will join the senior tour while still playing in some of the bigger PGA events. He will retire at 70 and only play exhibitions and such. He will pass on to that big golf course in the sky when he is 95. That year will be 2065. So in the year 2076 Tiger Woods will give up his No. 1 ranking!! I haven’t figured out how long he will hold the No. 2 ranking after that but from a pretty educated guess it will be well into the 2100’s, say 2155.

It’s a pretty humorous thing for a guy to be ranked No. 1 for so long after not playing for such a long time or even winning a tourney. The PGA has Tiger ranked there though. I think they better check out their computer program and programmer. Something might be wrong. Or they can just call Ol’ Rooster here and I can give them the correct rankings!!

I'd guess he's number 1 because he's the one everyone wants to watch. It's a shame he's messed up his life this way, and it seems to be showing in his game, huh?

Tiger Woods is one big mess right now. I guess it serves him right. I think the powers that be in golf think of him a the "golf savior" for some reason. I don't really follow golf that closely. I do like to watch when I know Tiger Woods is not going to win!! LOL That's awful isn't it. Thanks for the read and comment.

It's so easy to take a shoot at our Sporting Heroes when the Err to be human, some can sit on there mountain and throw jibes, but they have never reached the pinnacle in there field, perhaps only in there minds eye. That being only a speck of dust compared to being the worlds best in any field...Look Up not Down before you cast stones upon someone else Mate...Steve C. Thailand/Australia.

I don't think I took a shot at Tiger Woods at all in my post, Steve Cronon. I will leave that to Elin!! I was making fun of the way the golfers are ranked. I find it amusing that a guy who has not won a golf tournament in over a year and did not even play for most of that year can still be ranked number one. If I had to act like Tiger Woods to reach the pinnacle of whatever I had chosen to do ... I'd rather keep a little dignity and be at the bottom. Tiger Woods is a loathesome mate to me. I wish him all the worst in all he does. That's just the way I feel about the guy. He brought it all on himself.

Choosing not be honest and print the completed article or the thoughts of others is small minded and does nothing to give your articles credence nor does your miss quoating names stand your knowledge in good stead Cookierooster

What is not honest about what I wrote? This is a funny piece that was meant to throw light on how golfers are ranked. I don't follow golf and I don't care who is ranked No. 1 or No. 501. I do know Eldrick Woods is a loathesome human being. No one can doubt that now. This piece was my opinion. No article needs to be quoted, just what I thought was funny about the deal. I love taking shots at Woods since he has made himself such a wonderful target. I don't generally do that to many people but if the shoe fits for a person then I will certainly do as I see fit to make a little fun of the entire deal. I don't know how I misquoted Woods's name in the piece. I don't see that at all. The only names I used in the article were Woods and Ol' Rooster, mine. It looks like you are the one who misquoted someone's name. I can't say that my name is misspelled or anything since you missed the entire Cajun part. So it seems you are the one being a bit out of sorts here. Look, I write things like this all the time. I find someone like Tiger Woods to be a great target. He put the bullseye on his back and he has to deal with all the stuff he has thrown at him. This post was only being funny. I can't see how you failed to realize that.
